A design/build workshop in Tilting, Fogo Island, Newfoundland led to the creation of two projects: the repair and adaptation of the interior of the Slipway building for use as a small community theatre, and the construction of a viewing platform at the end of Greene's Point overlooking Tilting Harbour. The platform was informed by the form and logic of local fishing structures, drawing from the extended bridges and flakes that lead to the traditional stages along the shoreline.
